3 Must know "ROCK RULES"

Crystals gather and collect energy, so before you use them, you will want to make sure they are cleansed energetically, and have the desired intent activated.

Remember, Gratitude, Always!

INTENT

Once crystals or rocks are cleansed, ask for a specific intent that you wish to focus upon, (NOT what you do not want) for the day. (i.e. "Please provide calm emotions for the day)

- Hold the crystal or rock in your hands & ask for or activate your desire intent.

-Carry on person (i.e. in pocket, cage, tucked in bra) or place on desk or nightstand depending on intent.

CLEANSE

For each cleansing technique below, be sure to ask energy to be cleared and for that energy to be recycled.

- Cleanse under cold water (hard crystals only, like quartz family.

- Use vibration, such as a crystal in a singing bowl on a pad; use tingsa chimes, a bell, or a tuning fork by holding vibration over and around crystals.

-Light sage. Once fire is out smoke rises, this is the cleansing agent. Hold crystal in smoke to clense.

GRATITUDE

As with any treasured tool, we not only care for it, but saying or thinking a few words of gratitude will enhance your relationship and spark better results.

Gratitude in all things goes a long way.
